About Colette’s Catering

Colette Coffman founded Colette's Catering and Specialty Cakes in 1990. The Orange County company started from humble beginnings, a one-woman operation, focusing on cakes and small catering jobs, delivering the finest product and service in the industry. Before long, word was out, and Colette's expanded to meet customer demand for their wonderful cakes, foods, and quality service.

The company stays true to her mission:

Today, Colette is joined by her partner, Duane Greenleaf, in continuing the success of Colette’s. They are very proud of the recognition their company receives throughout Orange County. Colette’s Catering is proud to be the exclusive onsite caterer at Muckenthaler Mansion and the Meridian Club, both located in Fullerton, California. They also continue to provide off site catering, either full service or drop off at any location. Daily they serve many large and small corporations and private client’s, bringing the Colette’s brand of service wherever their client’s heart desires.

Colette’s continues to captivate discriminating wedding and specialty cake clients with their renowned cake designs and exceptional flavor. As one of her true passions when founding Colette’s, Colette often still designs and decorates cakes with her cake department staff.
